Where we ship
We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States. Availability is confirmed at checkout.
Shipping cost
Standard U.S. shipping is $6.99. Orders of $89 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Your final shipping total is shown before payment.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Estimated U.S. delivery
Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–15 business days after shipment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or an incomplete address.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–72 hours for the carrier to display the first tracking update.
Address changes
Contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we may be unable to change or redirect it.
Delayed or missing delivery
If tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, or your order is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us with your order number. We will review the shipment and help with the next steps.
