Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Estimated U.S. delivery
Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–15 business days after shipment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or an incomplete address.
Shipping cost
The available shipping rate and total cost are shown at checkout before payment.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–72 hours for the carrier to display the first tracking update.
Address changes
Please contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.
Delivered but not received
Check the delivery location, household members, and carrier tracking first. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us through our Contact page with your order number.
