Shipping destinations
SOLVANA currently ships online orders to eligible addresses in the United States.

Estimated delivery
Estimated delivery to United States addresses is typically 7–15 business days after the order is confirmed, unless a different estimate is shown at checkout. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, peak-season volume, address issues or other events outside our control.

Order processing and tracking
After your order is processed and tracking becomes available, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take additional time to appear in the carrier’s system.

Address accuracy
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Delayed, lost or damaged packages
If your order is substantially delayed, arrives damaged, or appears lost, contact us at junhinglau@gmail.com with your order number. We will review the tracking and work with the carrier or fulfillment provider as appropriate.

Taxes, duties and fees
Any taxes, duties or import fees that apply will be shown at checkout when collected by us, or may be charged by the relevant authority or carrier where legally required.
