30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, clean, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and accessories.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos or video of the issue. If approved, we will provide the appropriate replacement, refund, or return instructions.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. If the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost.
Non-returnable items
Items showing signs of use, wear, damage caused after delivery, missing parts, or items returned without authorization may not be accepted. For hygiene reasons, opened personal-use products may be ineligible unless defective.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
